Intermediate Tumble

Mondays 6:00 PM–7:00 PM, Thursdays 4:00 PM–5:00 PM, Fridays 5:00 PM–6:00 PM, Saturdays 12:00 PM–1:00 PM · $75 per month · $25 per drop-in visit · Ages 6–18 · Intermediate

Designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to build more advanced tumbling skills. This class focuses on round-offs, front walkovers, back walkovers, switch-leg walkovers, connected tumbling passes and back handspring progressions while emphasizing proper technique, power, and body control. Athletes will also participate in more advanced strength, flexibility, and conditioning exercises to develop the power, endurance, and confidence needed for higher-level tumbling skills.
