Sundays 1:00 PM–2:00 PM, Mondays 8:00 PM–9:00 PM, Wednesdays 6:00 PM–7:00 PM, Fridays 6:00 PM–7:00 PM, Saturdays 2:00 PM–3:00 PM · $65 per month · $20 per drop-in visit · Ages 7–18

Build the skills that make great stunt groups! This class is designed for both bases and flyers and focuses on proper technique, safety, communication, and teamwork. Athletes will develop strong stunt fundamentals including grips, body positions, loading techniques, balancing, transitions, cradle dismounts, and progressions to higher-level skills as they advance. Flyers will work on body control, balance, flexibility, and confidence in the air, while bases will build strength, timing, and stunt mechanics. Through drills, conditioning, and partner work, athletes will gain the skills needed to become stronger, safer, and more successful members of any stunt group.
