Perfect for athletes who are new to tumbling or looking to strengthen their fundamentals. This class focuses on mastering the building blocks of tumbling, including forward rolls, backward rolls, dive rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, basic jumps, balance, flexibility, strength, and body control. Athletes will develop proper technique, coordination, and confidence while creating a strong foundation for future skills like round-offs, walkovers, and back handsprings.
