Level 1 Tumbling Ready to level up? Our Level 1 class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to connect and perfect their skills. Athletes will continue building strength and flexibility while working on round-offs, front and back walkovers, front limbers, and proper handstand shaping. Great for athletes looking to build strong fundamentals before handsprings. 📅 Schedule Change: The gym will be closed Saturday, October 3rd for a Freedom Rec Cheer Competition. This Level 1 class will be held on Sunday, October 4th at the same time instead.
