Beginning Tumbling

Tuesdays 6:00 PM–7:00 PM · $50 per month · $25 per drop-in visit · Ages 3–18

This class is perfect for athletes who are new to tumbling or still building a strong foundation. Athletes will focus on proper technique, body control, strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning and improving basic skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and walkover drills. This class is designed to create safe, strong tumblers with the fundamentals needed for higher-level skills.
