Intro to Beginner Tumble

Intro classes are designed to help our introductory athletes of all ages. Athletes will be taught essential techniques that they will take with them through their tumble career at all levels. Intro athletes will learn forward rolls, backward rolls,cartwheels, roundoffs, backbends, and more.
