Mommy & Me | Ages 9 to 18 Months 👶🏼💗 Our Mommy & Me class is a fun, interactive movement class designed for little ones ages 9 to 18 months and their grown up! Through guided play, music, movement, and age appropriate activities, babies will have the opportunity to explore their surroundings while building early coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence. Classes may include crawling activities, assisted standing and walking, soft obstacle courses, stretching, music and movement, sensory play, and plenty of opportunities to explore our gym in a safe and encouraging environment. A parent or caregiver participates alongside their child throughout the entire class, making this a sweet opportunity to bond, play, and make new friends while introducing your little one to movement and the gym environment. No previous experience is needed. Just come ready to move, play, and have fun! 💕👑
